Youll continue working toward your university degree while getting the opportunity to be a real member of our team. You''ll work alongside our experts, gaining insights into the industry, our clients, our firm, and a specific area of interest. Meet our people and immerse yourself in our culture.Your expertise:We are looking for Year 12 students who: Show an interest in banking and financial services Maintain consistent academic effort and achievement at school Are predicted to achieve an ATAR of 85+ Can analyze a problem, take a view, and come to a decision Communicate confidently Demonstrate drive and resilience Are team players Have work experience (paid or unpaid) Demonstrate accountability and integrityWere looking for someone whos curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. Its important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.Perhaps youve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or excelled and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things youve achieved match the skills were after.Your program: The program will start on 2 February 2026. Youll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. Youll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.Application process: Please submit your application before 31 July 2025 12pm (AEST).
