Ready to bring your best?How you will make contributions that matterAs the Quality Coordinator Calibrations, you will be responsible for planning, maintaining, and controlling calibration programs to ensure our instruments and equipment meet internal, regulatory, and production standards. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to support quality assurance and drive continuous improvement.This role can be based at either ourBurnieorSmithtonsite in Tasmania.Monitor the performance of production and laboratory instruments, identifying irregularities or trends and leading investigations into non-compliant results with timely corrective actions.Maintain and update calibration data sets and the instrument database to ensure accuracy and traceability.Coordinate calibration, servicing, and maintenance of instruments in line with internal schedules and regulatory requirements.Promptly report equipment faults or errors and take action to minimize downtime.Ensure all calibration activities are documented and compliant with relevant standards and audit requirements.Collaborate on R&D projects and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, actively promoting occupational health and safety best practices.About youExperience in a quality, laboratory, or manufacturing environment.Strong technical and analytical skills, especially in troubleshooting lab equipment.Familiarity with QMS processes and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.Knowledge of calibration, measurement, and uncertainty.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Well support you withThe opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led company.A competitive annual salary.Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way.Ability to participate in our Employee Share Ownership Program.Product Discounts and other employee benefits.Click Apply to submit your application.
