Our velocity, scientific rigor and engineering excellence are exceptional.About you:You would be a great fit if you have:a PhD in Science and a strong publication recordstrong Python coding skillsexperience in practical R&D and LLM training and fine-tuninggood communication skills.About the role:You will report directly to the Chief Science and Technology Officer / Co-founder and will have ownership in these areas of your work:Research, design, experiment with, and build high-accuracy ML models, focusing on surveying state-of-the-art publications on Autonomous agents.
