Your ImpactAs a Business Development Executive in our Away from Home sales team, you''ll be on the front line representing some of Australias most loved non-alcoholic drinks across the Ballarat region and surrounding areas. Youll play a key role in managing existing customer relationships, growing new business, and making sure our brands are visible, available, and thriving in local milk bars, takeaway stores, and quick-service restaurants.This is a high-energy, field-based sales role that blends account management with new customer acquisition, perfect for someone who loves being out in the field and making things happen.Key AccountabilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring contracts, displays, and promotions are compliant and effectiveProactively identify and secure new business cold calling is essentialDrive sales volume, grow distribution, and ensure our products are always stocked and front-of-mindExecute promotional plans, maintain point-of-sale visibility, and manage product standards (e.g., fridges, displays, signage)Track performance against volume and distribution KPIs and report back key insightsEnsure safe working practices and champion our values in the field every dayCollaborate with a tight-knit, supportive sales team to share insights, celebrate wins, and contribute to regional growthAbout YouYoure a people-person with a sales mindset and a self-starter attitude.
