Their collaborative approach with architects, tenants, and investors has developed strong partnerships and consistently delivered successful outcomes every time.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a medium-rise residential development up to 5 stories in North Brisbane. This role requires you to effectively manage all aspects of site operations from foundation to completion.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all construction activities on site;You will ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;Your role will involve managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations; andWhilst this is a 5-day program, some Saturdays will be required.About YouThe successful candidate must have recent extensive experience in multi-residential construction projects (up to 5-7 stories) within Queensland, with a thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry practices;You must demonstrate practical construction knowledge with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, resolve on-site technical issues, and make informed decisions about construction methodologies;You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success; andIt is essential you have a QBCC open supervisors licence and the right to work in Australia.How to ApplyFor more information or a confidential discussion please call Jess Mitchell at u&u on 0411 242 131 or email jess.mitchell@uandu.com quoting job number 41997.At u&u Recruitment Partners, we value diversity, equity and inclusion.
