APM is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in our Workforce Australia program, with the goal of placing participants into sustainable employment.This role will operate across Maryborough, Childers, Gayndah, and surrounding areas.Am I suited to being a Business Development Manager with APM?Experience in the Employment Services sector is not essential but highly regarded. If you are self-driven, motivated to succeed, and experienced in sales (Retail, Hospitality, or others), business development, account management, and/or outbound calling, this role could be ideal for you!A day in the life of a Business Development ManagerTravel and engage with employers directly, rather than sitting in an office daily.Develop and maintain employer and community networks.Collaborate with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable jobs.Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements.Ensure compliance with requirements and maintain database records.Be rewarded for your successPerformance is valued at APM, encouraging us to help more people.
