About the role:Youll lead branding and campaign projects end-to-end, managing clients, budgets, timelines and teams with confidence and care. Youll:Build strong client relationships and long-term trustOversee multiple work-streams with precision and calmIdentify growth opportunities within accounts and support new businessMentor junior team members and champion great workHelp refine our systems and processes for greater efficiency Who you are:A seasoned Account Director looking for a new challenge, or a high-performing Senior Account Manager ready to step up. Youre a natural problem-solver with: 6+ years in branding, creative or integrated agencies Experience across identity, campaigns, content and digital Outstanding organisation, communication and time management skills Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen A collaborative mindset and ability to lead by example A genuine interest in property, architecture and design (a big plus)Join a specialist team doing high-impact work on some of Australias most exciting developments.
