This will be on going, long-term project work.Full-time position on a FIFO from Perth. Roster is 2:2 (weeks).The Role:We are seeking a proactive individual to work closely with the Operations Manager and with site personnel to ensure the project is run in a manner that meets the clients expectation and SRGs high standard of project delivery.The individual will provide leadership to site personnel and will ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the safe and economic site execution of the project reporting to the Operations Manager.Liaise with client representatives on daily activities and inform the client of activities which may impact on mining operations.Provide key leadership, management and direction to support new and existing site employees.The successful applicant will have:Considerable mining experience in Drilling and BlastingDangerous Goods Security CardS26 - Statutory SupervisorComputer literacy is essentialDemonstrated ability to supervise and mentor personnel and manage client relationshipsExcellent communication and organisational skillsPass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessmentCert IV or Diploma in managementICAM trainingCert IV TAEAbout Us:SRG Global Mining Services is a leading drill and blast provider that offers an integrated range of complementary technical services to significantly improve safety and productivity on your mine site.SRG Offer:Competitive remuneration and benefits package commensurate with experience.Corporate discounts for travel and health insurance.Novated leases.Smart salary (salary packaging).Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.SRG Global fully support and promote organic growth within our organisation.
