Fantastic opportunity to join a well known Australian Insurance firm as an Executive Assistant. Our client is looking an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant, ready to jump straight into action. This is a 6-month contract based in SydneyThe Role Responsibilities:As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and will contribute significantly to the overall success of the organisation.Coordinate and manage the executives schedules, including arranging meetings, conferences, and appointments.Organise travel, including visas, accommodation, and transport, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely communication of travel detailsProvide end-to-end support for meetings and events, including material preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and drafting high-quality documents and presentationsManage communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders across time zones, acting as a key liaison for executive leaders, ensuring timely responses, clear information flow, and strong professional connectionsSupport project delivery by coordinating and managing budgets, tracking risks and metrics, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and overseeing small projects to achieve defined objectives and business outcomesRequired Skills & Experience:Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting executives with global responsibilitiesExcellent communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills to manage/coordinate calendars, events, appointments across local and global time zonesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style depending on the audienceAbility to manage priorities and pursue tasks to completion within deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detailFunction independently and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience in HR related projects or teams would be a bonus although not essential for the role.There is an immediate start available for this role and possibility of extension past the initial contract term, If this sounds like you and you are interested in joining, please apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
