You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of patients, contributing to clinical decision-making and patient outcomes within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Your role will also involve participation in the after-hours roster, offering a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of neurosurgical presentations.In addition to clinical duties, you will support the education and development of junior medical staff, ensuring high standards of practice among Resident Medical Officers and Interns. You will contribute to clinical governance activities, including quality assurance programs and the preparation of clinical review reports.
