Our diverse team is empowered to speak up and contribute to overcoming challenges, making for a nimble and responsive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesTransfer products from the production area, check them against the required product list for the day, and record quantities.Place trays of products into the designated area for picking.Notify the Production Manager or Supervisor if any products are short or issues are detected.Pick the required products for each customer order and pack them into low care crates, inspecting each for correctness and sealing.Assemble product runs on dollies for loading onto trucks.Pack and label frozen or thawing products as necessary.Maintain cleanliness in the Pick Room by removing rubbish and cleaning as required.Complete all paperwork accurately, including cleaning forms and product documentation.Key Competencies, Skills, and QualificationsExperience in a food manufacturing environment, ability to work effectively in a team, and capability to work in a fast-paced setting.Application ProcessPlease submit your application, including a resume, via the ''Apply Now'' link below.
