5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsProgrammed is looking for multiple catering assistants to join one of well know airline catering service providers based in Mascot, Sydney.Make N Pack DepartmentShift : Afternoon shift 3pm - 11pm , Payrate: $37.91 inclusive p/h for PM shift + SuperannuationYour duties will include but are not limited to the following:Portioning and packaging meals according to specifications.Measuring quantities of food items according to specifications.General kitchen duties as required.Ensure all food items are properly handled, stored, and labeledFollow all safety and sanitation guidelinesKnife Hand/Chef AssistantShift: Morning shift 8am - 2pm, Payrate: $33.85 inclusive p/h for AM shift + SuperannuationAfternoon shift 2pm - 10pm , Payrate: $37.91 inclusive p/h for PM shift + SuperannuationYour duties will include but are not limited to the following:General kitchen dutiesHandling knife, cutting, chopping food ingredients in bulkHelping Chef for meal preparation when requiredTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:Ability to follow and adhere to processes.Some experience in food preparation and handling.For knife hand, require previous knife handling experience in kitchenAvailable to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).Full Australian working rights without hours limitIf you are interested in this role and with relevant experience, please click Apply.
