Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organizing and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.Support in arranging virtual events across different platformsSkills And Attributes For SuccessExcellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.Prior experience in event planning and execution.Competent in project management and multitasking.Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.)Ideally you''ll also have the experiences and attributes below but don''t worry if you don''t tick all the boxes.
