As we prepare to launch a major new loyalty program, were seeking an experienced and hands-on Customer Loyalty and Insights Manager to lead its execution and ongoing success.The Role:This is a key delivery-focused role, suited to someone with previous experience managing CRM and loyalty programsideally within the independent grocery retail sector. Youll play a pivotal role in launching and evolving AURs national loyalty program, combining strategic planning with hands-on management of platforms, customer data, campaigns, and retailer engagement.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and our retailers to ensure the loyalty program delivers both customer value and business impact.Key Responsibilities:Loyalty Program OwnershipLead the end-to-end delivery and management of AURs loyalty programfrom launch through to daily operations and continuous improvement.Develop and execute strategies to drive member sign-ups, engagement, and retention at store level.Own the program roadmap and operational calendar in collaboration with the broader marketing and IT teams.CRM Platform ManagementOversee the deployment and use of Braze (or similar platform), delivering personalised, data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and app.Manage campaign setup, testing, scheduling, and reportinghands-on where required.Collaborate with third parties to ensure platform performance and scalability.Customer Insights & SegmentationAnalyse program data and customer behaviour to uncover actionable insights.Build and refine customer segmentation models to drive campaign effectiveness and loyalty outcomes.Prepare dashboards and performance reports for internal stakeholders and retail partners.Act as a key liaison with retailers to ensure successful adoption and integration of the loyalty program.Provide support materials, training, and reporting to help stores leverage the platform and local opportunities.Capture feedback from the field to enhance program performance and local relevance.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing, IT, Merchandise, and Operations teams to align program delivery with business priorities.Support loyalty-related digital initiatives in partnership with the Digital Channels Lead and Head of Marketing.Monitor trends in loyalty, CRM, and retail marketing to propose enhancements and pilot new initiatives.Test, learn, and iterate campaigns to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.What Were Looking For:Previous experience managing a CRM and loyalty program, ideally within independent or grocery retail.Proven hands-on experience with platforms such as Braze, Hightouch, Campaign Monitor or similarStrong understanding of customer data, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign reporting.Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple streams across stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter with a proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to hit the ground runningimmediate availability required.What We Offer:A chance to lead a national loyalty program at a pivotal stage in its rollout.A collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture.The opportunity to make a tangible impact across more than 400 store locations.Competitive remuneration and benefits.Flexible working arrangements.How to Apply:Ready to make your mark in independent grocery retail?Submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your CRM and loyalty experience.Closing Date: 17 July 2025Be part of something meaningful.
