We are looking for two Business Transformation Support Specialist/System Accountants who can bring a blend of systems knowledge, operational accounting insight, and people-first leadership to help us successfully deliver and embed our clients system solutions across Australia and New Zealand.This is more than just a system accounting and business transition role - it''s an opportunity to be a key change champion, shaping how they work into the future.Your role:You will be a crucial part of the Programme Delivery Team, working hands-on with their people to bring a major ERP transformation to life. Your responsibilities will include:Support Programme Implementation: Assist with testing, training delivery, user support, and roll-out across the business.Champion Change: Act as a go-to subject matter expert for your business area, guiding colleagues through change and adoption.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with finance teams, Project Managers, Change Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing success.Resolve and Improve: Tackle issues as they arise, make recommendations for improvement, and continuously enhance business processes.Lead by Example: Model safe work practices, ethical conduct, and real leadership in your day-to-day interactions.What you will bring:We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, accounting knowledge, technical understanding, and a proactive mindset.
