Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, youll oversee a team of functional managers across warehousing, production, quality and facilities and ensure safe, efficient and consistent execution across all operational areas.Youll drive workforce planning, process improvement, inventory accuracy, customer fulfilment and compliance, while embedding a performance-driven, safety-first culture.What Youll Be DoingLead day-to-day and strategic operations across multiple sitesDrive warehouse, production and quality performance to support customer deliveryEmbed consistent processes, KPIs and operational accountabilityOversee inventory control, layout optimisation and ERP data accuracyChampion WHS compliance and incident management across all teamsLead, coach and develop people managers and team leadersCollaborate with commercial, finance and customer service teams to align operations with business goalsManage budgets, variances, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat Youll Bring57+ years experience in operational leadership across warehousing or productionProven track record managing multi-site teams and supply chain functionsStrong WHS, inventory and compliance knowledgeERP and warehouse management system experienceTertiary qualifications in Logistics, Operations or a related fieldStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsLEAN, WHS or leadership certifications are a bonusWhy Join Us?This is a great opportunity to step into a senior role with real scope for influence.
