Advance Design Group is a multi-channel company with over 50 years of experience managing, creating, and distributing uniforms and workwear for businesses. Our branded workwear platform, Uniformity, produces uniform solutions for organisations across a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Aged Care, Corporate and Hospitality. We also have both a wholesale and retail channel for our scrubs.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and proactive warehouse pick/packer to join our expanding team in Wyong. This role is Full-Time Monday Friday 7.30 am 3.30 pm and will contain components of warehouse stock control (picking stock, replenishing pick faces and assisting with rolling stocktakes) as well as preparing customer orders for dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing customer orders for dispatch (e.g., folding clothing, packing and system entry).Picking customer ordersReplenishing pick face locationsAssisting with rolling stocktakesMoving stock between warehouses using a company vanRequirements and experiencePrevious experience in a picking and/or packing role.Confident with computer systems.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team (this is a role-share position).An understanding of stock movement and inventory processes.What We OfferA supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Competitive salary based on experience.A paid day off for your birthday.The chance to be part of a company that values innovation and quality in uniform solutions.Full-Time position.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
