Our goal is to ensure each guest enjoys the finer things in life and experiences that cannot be had elsewhere.The Bell / Concierge Department manages guest arrival and departure experiences, acting as the welcoming and farewell representatives of the hotel. We are seeking a full-time Concierge Attendant (Team Leader) to join our confident, international-minded team committed to exceeding guest expectations.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYAs a Concierge Attendant, you will assist guests with their needs, including pre-stay communication, transportation arrangements, and connecting guests to rooms and hotel facilities upon arrival. You will be the hotel''s external face, representing our brand and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Sharing your insider knowledge of Perth and Western Australia will be key to creating memorable guest experiences.You will also lead, motivate, and manage the Bell Attendants on shift, ensuring they are informed about Perth happenings and ready to assist guests. We expect you to embody the InterContinental Inspire Incredible culture during every shift.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUAre you refined, personable, knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous, and curious?The ideal candidate will demonstrate these qualities daily and have a working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera.
