Your responsibilities will revolve around preserving their independence at home and enriching their quality of life.In this role, you will:Provide in-home care, assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing.Deliver personalised care aligned with each client''s unique Care Plan.Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client''s health or behavior.Working as a team to create a positive experience for our clients.Provide support with transportation needs, helping with shopping trips and appointments, toempower active community participation.Requirements:Must have a current driver''s license and a car (with comprehensive insurance).Willingness to travel to clients'' homes within and around the specified service locations such as the Hurstville, Arncliffe, Oatley, Miranda, and Cronulla.Possess clear verbal communication skills that are easy to understand, enabling effective communication with our elderly clients.Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.Reliable, punctual, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.Flexibility in working hours and approach.
