With our project pipeline expanding rapidly, were seeking an experienced Power Station Manager to join a key gas-fired power station project in NSW.About The RoleYou will lead the safe and efficient day to day operations and maintenance of a newly commissioned gas fired power station. Managing a skilled team, youll ensure the plant operates reliably, achieves performance targets and maintains full compliance during early operations and ongoing phases.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all O&M activities to ensure safe, reliable plant performanceLead and support a multidisciplinary site teamCoordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programsEnsure adherence to HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement of O&M systems and operational performanceCollaborate closely with commissioning and engineering teams during handoverMaintain operational reporting, performance data, and documentationAbout YouProven senior O&M experience in power generation (gas-fired preferred)Strong understanding of turbine operations, maintenance planning and asset reliabilityLeadership skills with a proactive, safety-first approachExperience with Permit to Work (PTW), isolations, LOTO and managing high-risk environmentsRelevant trade or engineering qualificationsWhats on OfferFIFO/DIDO rosterCompetitive hourly rate plus superServiced accommodation for FIFO/DIDO employeesImmediate start on a high profile energy projectJoin a supportive and experienced team #J-18808-Ljbffr
