This position is ideal for someone passionate about managing a flexible workforce and serving as the central hub for all contingent talent needs. You will be the link connecting our hiring managers with external agencies, ensuring a seamless and compliant process from start to finish.Duration: 2-month contractLocation: Sydney CBD, 2 days on siteStart Date: To start as soon as possiblePay rate: $550- $600 per day inc superKey Responsibilities:Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary conduit between hiring managers and recruitment agencies for all contingent staffing requirements, managing the end-to-end process from role release to placement.Onboarding Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage the onboarding process for all new contingent workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organisation.Record Management & Content: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for all contractors within relevant systems, including their profiles, contracts, and essential content.Compliance Assurance: Ensure all contingent workforce processes, documentation, and engagements adhere strictly to company policies, legislative requirements, and industry best practices.Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and timely communication across various internal departments and with external agencies to ensure alignment and efficiency.Experience: If you have contingent recruitment experience (ideally with temp desk or MSP background), I want to hear from you apply today or send your CV to gjennings@hrpartners.com.au for a confidential discussion.At Randstad HR Partners, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
