This is a hands-on role supporting a dynamic business environment with a focus on manufacturing and sales.You will play a key role in shaping our people strategy locally, while collaborating with global HR and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company values and compliance with Australian employment standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contract, and blue-collar positions (e.g., Factory Operators, Sales Representatives).Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Enhance local employer branding to attract talent in the competitive Brisbane market.Leverage recruitment platforms (e.g., Seek, LinkedIn) to identify and engage suitable candidates.Coordinate with global Talent Acquisition to align with regional and business unit hiring strategies.Employee Relations & ComplianceProvide guidance on employee relations matters and manage performance improvement plans (PIPs).Lead and support Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations.Ensure ongoing compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant Fair Work Ombudsman regulations.Conduct audits on workplace safety, fair labour practices, and risk mitigation measures.Collaborate with union representatives as needed and maintain constructive relationships.HR OperationsOversee onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and HR records management.Administer payroll, benefits, and time and attendance systems.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the ADP HRIS system.Streamline local HR operational processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.Liaise with global HR Operations to ensure policy consistency and system alignment.Training & Talent Development (As Needed)Support local implementation of training programs (e.g., GMP certification, sales capability building).Contribute to talent development initiatives that require local market insight and participation.About YouMinimum 5 years experience in a broad HR Generalist role, with strong capabilities in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or health and wellness industries is preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour law, industrial relations, and HR compliance requirements.Bachelors degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills across factory and sales teams.Proficient in HRIS systems (preferably ADP), ATS platforms, and payroll systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in employee relations and regulatory scenarios.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typePart-timeJob functionJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesPharmaceutical Manufacturing and Food and Beverage ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at JING & CO. by 2xSign in to set job alerts for Human Resources Manager roles.Brisbane, Queensland, Australia 4 days agoSouth Brisbane, Queensland, Australia 1 week agoBrisbane, Queensland, Australia 7 hours agoBrisbane City, Queensland, Australia 2 weeks agoPrincipal HR Advisor -
