This new development features expansive gardening areas, so having a green thumb would be highly advantageous.Supported by our operational Caretaking team at our Brisbane office, your key responsibilities will include:Performing scheduled and ad hoc maintenance tasksCleaning of common areasLandscaping and gardening maintenance of property groundsManaging external contractorsProviding outstanding customer service to residentsProactively reporting on potential maintenance needs or issues and escalating these where requiredMaintaining the building to the highest standard, striving to ensure it remains a place that our residents love to come home toABOUT YOUWe are searching for someone friendly and approachable who has:High level communication skills and the ability to engage with all personalitiesThe ability to delegate tasks and is confident showing leadershipStrong organisational and time management skillsBasic handyman/maintenance skillsThe ability to roll up their sleeves and get the job doneA basic understanding of building services, operations and caretaking agreements is a plusGardening experience is advantageousLIFE AT MOSAICAt Mosaic, you can be assured of the support, development opportunities, and hands-on experience required to achieve a long-term, prosperous career with an industry leader.
