Be mentored and supported to obtain your DiplomaWe are growing and our centre is about to be refurbishedHave fun with a passionate team who are driven to provide high quality careAbout the roleAs an Early Childhood Trainee Diploma Educator, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in early childhood education while working under the supervision of experienced childcare professionals. This role is designed to provide practical training and support towards obtaining a formal qualification in the Early Years Sector. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.You will also be well-supported in your role by our Education Leader/ECT and Centre Director who will mentor and support you through your learning journey.About the programOur Horsham Early Learning Centre is an exceeding service that offers quality education and provides experiences that help children connect with the outdoors and nurture an understanding and love for the environment.Whats on offerOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
