Together, we can make a difference.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator to ensure the seamless operation of our Sydney CBD office and provide vital administrative support to the Group CEO Office. This role plays a key part in maintaining the efficiency of our front office, meeting spaces, and overall business services. As the first point of contact at Barrack Place, the successful candidate will represent the organisation with professionalism and deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.What you''ll doWelcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors with a courteous and professional approachOrganise and manage travel arrangements as needed.Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Chief of Staff and when required, the executive leadership team.Accurately process monthly expense reports, accounts, and invoices in a timely manner.Compile and prepare Board and Committee documentation for both internal and external meetings.Coordinate catering services and ensure meeting rooms are appropriately arranged for scheduled events.Oversee the Group CEO Complaints, working closely with the Member Relations team to ensure member feedback and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.What you''ll bringProven experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a front office/ executive support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) MS Teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.High level of professionalism, discretion, and stakeholder engagement.Agile and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanorWhat''s in it for you?At the NRMA we arent just about discounts (although you do get these too).
