Megasealed is proudly industry recognised and a current member of the Franchise Council of Australia.Our business is expanding and we are looking for experienced well-rounded Tradesmen with qualifications in Wall & Floor Tiling and Waterproofing to join our growing, fast-paced and dynamic team all across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW down to Byron Bay.If you are passionate about your workmanship and committed to providing high-quality service to our customers with a positive attitude, this may be the perfect job for you! This is a stable opportunity with an ongoing employment status suited to someone who wants to spend more time earning and less time on administration.Reporting to the Franchisee Manager, successful applicants will:Carry out a wide variety of tasks to a high standard including, but not limited to, the following;New tiling and groutingWaterproofingRe-tiling and Tiling RepairsGeneral Carpentry RepairsShower Screen Installation. Removal & refit of Existing shower screens.Have all jobs supplied and be paid on a weekly basis, so no more chasing quotes or debtorsHave ongoing training to further your skills and full administration support.Great earning capacity starting from $75,000 - $140,000Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:Be a self-starter and show initiative with an eye for detailBe honest, reliable, and have a positive attitude with a strong work ethicBe able to work unsupervised with time efficiency skills with proven clean and tidy workmanshipA commitment to engage with customers in a prompt, professional & courteous mannerBasic knowledge of workplace health and safety proceduresBe supportive within a team environment with clear and consistent communicationFluently speak, read and write in English.All applicants must be based in Australia and permitted to work in Australia.
