The platinum centre at Cleanaway supports our national accounts and an entire portfolio of our largest customers. Responsibilities will include:Customer relationship management through the use of a combination of practices and strategies to ensure improved relationships, retention, contractual obligations and sales growth is achieved;Management of customer service requests in the Cleanaway Sales Force (CRM) system;Ensure first call resolution best practice is achieved to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction;Administer process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval;Investigate, log, and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive resolution and improved service; andMonitor and record activities from inbound calls, outbound calls and emails.About youAre you a Customer Service professional who loves to be busy and enjoys a challenge? Would you like to work within a busy and high performing Platinum Service Team and work alongside a highly experienced customer service team providing a superior level of service?
