In this high-impact role, you will manage international air and ocean freight operations and coordinate time-critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) cases. The role operates in a fast-paced environment and includes participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call roster for urgent logistics recovery.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments across air and ocean freightProcess documentation including commercial invoices, AWBs, BOLs and customs declarationsWork with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsEnsure compliance with ABF, DAFF, RACA, IATA DG, WHO-GDP and client SOPsManage temperature-controlled, high-value, and AOG cargo movementsRespond to AOG logistics requests during rostered on-call periods, including expedited shipmentsMaintain job-level financials, billing, and KPI performance in CargoWiseContribute to internal audits and compliance reporting.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Our ideal candidate has strong international freight-forwarding experience, thrives under pressure, and has a customer-first mindset. You will also bring:Completion of Year 12; vocational or tertiary qualification in logistics or trade (desirable)Solid experience in international freight forwarding operations (air and/or ocean)Demonstrated success managing time-critical freight or AOG movementsCargoWise proficiency (job control, billing, milestone tracking)Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, clearance procedures, and global trade documentationDG certification and RACA screener accreditation (desirable)A willingness to work flexibly, including participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call roster.While rostered on standby, employees are required to remain contactable and available to work if requiredincluding attending a worksite or performing duties remotely.
