Our workplace is more than a space - its a community of passionate individuals shaping the future of the alcoholic beverage industry.Description:Sales resultsAchieving sales targets, these targets may be customer specific and/or brand specific and will be set by National Sales Manager when deemed appropriateBrand representationEnsure all designated licensed outlets carry the required range of the companys products sufficient to satisfy consumer needsEnsure availability of those products at appropriate selling points (i.e. bars, eating areas, bottle shops and restaurants)Ensure that the defined products available are in saleable condition and that stock rotation is maintainedStrive to ensure that the companys products are priced in accordance with our pricing strategyEnsure complaints relating to product quality are dealt with efficiently and promptly, ensuring that all internal procedures are adhered toIdentify and permanent signage opportunities and work with the State Sales Manager to secure approved sitesBrand display & merchandisingEnsure that the companys products are displayed prominently at all points of sale in each outletStrive to ensure that in areas such as bottle shops those products receive prime display spacePoint of sale materialEnsure POS and signage material, relevant to brand positioning, is placed in prime positions in each outletAll material should be used effectively, with consideration given to quantities usedPromotionEnsure all opportunities are taken to promote the companys products to the consumer or the retailer without exceeding budgeted funds (unless instructed by the State Sales Manager)Ensure effective use of promotional aids, as providedEnsure that the goodwill and professional image of the company is promoted at all timesMarket intelligenceEnsure trends occurring in the marketplace are reported.
