As the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and programs that promote diversity and inclusion within our organisation.This is your chance to make an impact by: Develop and review inclusive organisational policies that reflect the diverse needs of our people. Design and deliver impactful training on unconscious bias, allyship, intercultural communication, and more. Lead and support projects that strengthen our workforce diversity and cultural safety. Partner with People & Culture to create inclusive recruitment and retention strategies. Coordinate and guide internal Diversity & Inclusion Committees, including initiatives aligned with the Rainbow Tick. Build strong relationships with community organisations to support shared inclusion goals. Collect and report on data to inform decisions and track progress.What Were Looking ForWe need a passionate and culturally aware individual with a proactive, collaborative approach to driving meaningful organisational change who has: Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practice and experience working with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and other cultural and minority groups. Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks and ability to apply them in a practical, organisation-wide context. Experience in policy development, training delivery, or project management related to inclusion and cultural safety. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead difficult conversations and provide mediation support. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build meaningful external relationships with community and industry partners. Analytical skills with experience in collecting, interpreting, and reporting data. Strong understanding of workplace safety, safeguarding practices, and ethical responsibilities.
