This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become an integral member of our dynamic marketing team.A broad range of tasks and responsibilities will see you leverage your current experience and provide ample opportunity for personal growth.About the Role:Supporting Senior Marketing Manager in any marketing related matter, organisational matters, such as structure, processes, systems and training.Maintaining the internal marketing calendar, ensuring all relevant activities are featured in timely manner.Capture brief from internal and external stakeholders and translate accurately to the marketing team for execution.Campaign planning, management and execution of monthly content campaigns, effectively working with all necessary specialty teams and programs.Coordinating the rollout of all marketing activities including, product launches, and campaigns. Liaising with both external stakeholders and internal teams (social, events and creative) to ensure asset delivery, supporting documents and execution are all managed to brief.Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop clear and concise creative briefs for design team and paid media agency.Monitoring and reporting on all marketing activities.Working closely alongside the wider marketing team and Sales team to execute multi-channel campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences from brief to execution.Liaise with sales team and distributors to ensure sales growth and brand awareness across B2B audience.Report on all digital channels through careful monitoring and reporting on engagement, conversion, optimisation, and competitors.Manage and monitor all paid ad campaigns working direct with digital agency, ensure all campaigns are actively optimized.Monitoring and reporting on website traffic, ensure website is SEO friendly, functioning and up-to-date.Work closely with SEO agency to ensure on-going high ranking on search engines.As the successful candidate, you''ll have:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a marketing assistant, or similar.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong digital skills and knowledge across marketing-related platforms, Google Analytics, CMS, Shopify, CRM (ideally Hubspot).Excellent attention to detail, time management and project planning.
