The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.As a Senior Contracts Administrator on T2D, you will plan and manage end to end commercial management of large subcontracts and self-performed works, both directly and indirectly. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient project commercial outcomes.Key responsibilities:Prepare procurement strategies, including breakdown into individual works packages, identification of potential subcontractors, procurement methods and timingMaintain contact and good working relationships with a broad range of subcontractorsEffectively manage subcontracts through all phases, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations processing, completion and close outManage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes in a timely and effective manner.Ensure compliance with Building Code at all times and report any potential non-compliancesAbout you:Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce or equivalentDemonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably on major infrastructure or construction projects.Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts, including Australian Standards and NEC.Your success is reflected in ours, and as an Alliance we are committed to being an employer of choice here in Adelaide.
