Based in our Glendenning, NSW office, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and control. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company''s growth and strategic objectives. Goal is to be the focus within the team from the point of sale to closure of projects.What you''ll be doingDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project deliveryCoordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align project goals and manage expectationsMonitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as neededProcessing of claims & invoicing, execution and submission of variations, project cost - forecasted cost-margins VS planned TOFacilitate meetings, report on project status, and provide regular updates to project sponsors and leadershipEnsure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycleWhat we''re looking forMinimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or similar role within the construction industryProven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality resultsProficient in the use of project management software and toolsRelevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field is highly desirablePersonal attributes you''ll need to be successful: #J-18808-Ljbffr
