With extensive experience in helicopter maintenance, operations training, and RPAS maintenance, operations training our staff are some of the most highly experienced and well-trained aviation professionals in the country.Job DescriptionWith the growth of Toll Aviation and our increasing reliance on an efficient supply chain, we are looking for a skilled (Aviation) Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain team and ensure optimal performance and compliance.The Aviation Supply Chain Manager will oversee a small team and be responsible for the Toll Aviation Supply Chain and therefore aircraft availability that relies on it.This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, management of inventory, staff and suppliers and customers. In addition, the role requires a self stater self-motivator to effectively driving continuous improvement.The position reports directly to the Toll Aviation Maintenance Organisation to ensure that our supply chain operations align with Tolls organizational goals and aviation requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Coach, lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals. Including workloads, priorities, and guidance to ensure efficient operations and performance.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with aviation industry standards and regulations. Review supply chain information and generate comprehensive reports for management.Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the supply chain. Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Supply Chain Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain for Toll Aviation, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Ensure the supply chain supports operational needs and growth.Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including the Toll Maintenance Organization, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes and requirements.To be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in compliance and process improvement.Experience in the aviation industry.Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively, including assigning workloads and determining priorities and teamwork.Proficiency in reviewing supply chain information, generating reports, and using supply chain management software.
