As a Customer Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Establishing a first-time-right mindset for every customer. Supervising daily team operations to ensure a positive customer journey. Providing feedback on team performance and activities. Ensuring smooth daily operations for co-workers and customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. Collaborating across functions to enhance the shopping experience and increase co-worker knowledge. Recording information accurately to improve future customer experiences.
