Portfolio AnalystThis role supports the coordination and delivery of the Strategic Initiatives Program, aimed at enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and capability uplift across the Infrastructure Investment Portfolio.What you will be doing:Lead, develop, and implement strategies, systems, processes, and tools for continuous business improvements under the Strategic Initiatives Program.Develop and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate information exchange and promote business development opportunities, enhancing systems, strategies, and procedures within the business group.Validate business assumptions through analysis of PPM data and other datasets to support decision-making and optimize portfolio and business performance.Drive continuous improvement across the asset value chain by combining data analysis and improvement approaches, including monitoring and evaluating portfolio and program performance.Develop statistical models and analyses, including graphical and visualization outputs, to ensure accuracy for infrastructure portfolio planning, maintenance, and operational decision-making.Stay informed about current and emerging best practices, government policies, and requirements.About you:Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information.Extensive experience in BI development and data warehouse methodologies.Proficiency in presenting data visually through dashboards, graphs, tables, and spatial representations to support effective decision-making.Technical expertise in business information domain models, data mining, segmentation techniques, and logical or conceptual data models.Experience leading business improvement projects.Please see the position description for full accountabilities.
