This role involves managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) programs to ensure the successful planning, renovation, and restructuring of aged care and retirement properties, as well as retail fit-outs across Perth.Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid Work (Office, Welshpool, Client Site & Home)Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Laptop + Phone providedDirect Reports: Site Supervisors, Tradespeople, and SubcontractorsLead and manage refurbishment projects from inception to completion.Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.Supervise and coordinate site supervisors, tradespeople, and subcontractors.Prepare project quotes using estimating software such as Cubit.Create and manage project plans using MS Project.Review project scope, schedule deliverables, and estimate costs.Manage all onsite and offsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and securing future work opportunities.Lead and motivate project teams, including supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring effective programme management.Manage project schedules, financials, risks, and work health and safety (WHS) on-site.REQUIREMENTSDegree or Diploma in Construction Project Management.Experience in refurbishment projects, particularly in aged care and retirement living.Proficiency in MS Project and estimating tools like Cubit.Strong ability to prepare and manage quotes for new work.Background as a tradesperson or possession of a builders licence (preferred).Proficiency in using MS Projects, Pronto, Procore, Rapid Induct, Cubit, SharePoint software for job management.Valid drivers license and valid working rights in AustraliaAbility to obtain police clearanceCovid vaccinated and willing to get flu vaccination annuallyCompany Vehicle, Fuel Card providedCollaborative and supportive team environmentHybrid role and work-life balanceAccess to our Study Assistance Program to support your ongoing learningEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing and mental health supportRewards and Recognition Program to celebrate achievements and milestonesAnnual remuneration reviewsOpportunities for internal career development and progressionCompany-provided uniform, laptop, and phoneWe are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
