Peoplebank are recruiting a Business Change Analystto work on a large digital (ICT) transformationproject, based on-site with our client, in the Adelaide CBD.This is a long-term project of 2 years, and we are happy to consider people wishing to be engaged on an hourly rate or salaried basis.Responsibilities will include:Change Analysis and Business ReadinessAbility to assess the impact of change on people, processes, andExperience conducting business readiness assessments and developing mitigation strategies.Skills in identifying and developing documenting change risks, dependencies andStakeholder engagement and communicationDemonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, including executives, sworn officers, operational staff and external parties.Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex changes into simple relatable key messages.Ability to facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather business requirements and feedback.Business Process AnalysisExperience in mapping current state and future state processes and identifying the gaps of change.Recommend and implement the change requirements that align with the program strategy.Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio).Change Impact assessment and benefitAbility to conduct change impact assessments to determine who is affected andExperience in defining success measures and tracking the benefitsUnderstanding how to align change initiatives with strategic programChange Management frameworkKnowledge of established Change Management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR)Experience working with Agile or hybrid projectAbility to develop and implement training plans to support the adoption of theTechnical and Digital LiteracyExperience in using business analysisUnderstanding system integration and digital transformationTeamwork and CollaborationDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, project managers, business analysts and business leadersAbility to build strong relationships across the team to drive alignment and ensure change is adopted smoothly.Skills and Experience required:2 years experience working as a Business Change Analyston a business transformation IT project.Demonstrate experience implementing PROSCI methodologyfor an IT project from initiation toExperienced in managing technology change projects, including training and development, planning and execution of change activities while identifying and mitigating risks.Strong writing and oral communication skills, ensuring clear and effective informationAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including the skills to influence and persuade stakeholders while handling resistance and conflicts effectivelyAbility to understand and address the concerns of those affected by change and the flexibility in adjusting strategies as needed.Please APPLY NOW for our immediate consideration, or you can call Jerry Belialba on 08 8112 7406APPLY NOWShare this JobCreate As AlertSCHEMA MARKUP ( This text will only show on the editor. )Contact UsField labelAre you a...Thank you for contacting us.We will get back to you as soon as possibleOops, there was an error sending your message.Please try again laterLeaders IT acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country.
