We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to join our client, a specialist mortgage lender, on a Fully Remote basis.The Underwriter will be responsible for packaging and processing mainly residential, but also some buy-to-let mortgage applications, in accordance with company criteria and policies.You will use your customer service skills and mortgage industry knowledge to provide excellent service to brokers and third parties, gathering all relevant information for review and final decision-making. Additionally, you will add value by educating brokers on products, criteria, and processes.We are looking for:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Specialist Mortgage Underwriting, with a mandateCeMap qualifiedUnderwriting experience within the last 2 yearsThis role is fully remote, and you will be provided with the latest IT equipment to ensure efficient working.Our client offers a salary of up to 45,000, with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus.
