If you are passionate about providing a high level of customer service, supporting key clients within the electrical industry, learning new skills and the opportunity to advance your career then this is your chance to apply for a role which will give you all of this and much more.Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be based in our Campbelltown office.About the role:Leading and managing high & low voltage electrical projects from start to finish, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.Developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and monitoring progress to ensure that goals and objectives are met.Managing and coordinating Civil/project teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties are working together effectively.Providing regular progress reports to clients and other stakeholders, and communicate project status updates, issues, and risks.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout you:Experience in running and managing multiple Civil crewsMinimum of 5 years of experience managing Civil works in the electrical industryProven track record of managing projects on-time and on-budget.Strong knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contractsExcellent communication, organisational, and project management skills is a mustDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.Be willing to travel to various locations and hold a valid drivers licenceAbility to work as part of a dynamic teamEnjoy working AutonomouslyEnergetic, driven and self-motivated attitudeAbout us:IPD Group is a dynamic ASX listed, Australian owned business.
