In theseLocal Area Coordinationroles, working in the region ofArmadale, you will be responsible for assisting people with disability, their families, and their carers to build and pursue their goalto live their best life, exercise choice and control, and engage with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Partners in Community.You will be responsible for:Assisting people with permanent and significant disability to apply for NDIS supports.Collaborating with participants to develop goalsConnecting people with disabilities to support within the local communitySupporting participants to navigate and optimise their engagement with the NDISImproving community knowledge of the NDIS and creating new opportunities to connect participants to services and supportMeeting identified contractual KPIsTo be successful in this roleYou are an approachable, positive,passionate,and respectful person who can build and nurture relationships easily and confidently.
