About your new roleWe are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our team at Aurum at BaptistCare David Buttfield Centre in Gwelup . Your role will be to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to our valued customers. You will assist in delivering high-quality products while adhering to our established policies and procedures.Roster:The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work a mix of morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Consistently deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers, meeting our prescribed service standards.Food and Beverage Preparation:Prepare food and beverage products according to our standard operating procedures and duty statements.Cleaning Tasks:Complete cleaning tasks as outlined in our standard operating procedures or as directed by the Chef on duty.Communication:Inform the Chef on duty of any catering-related issues or needs as they arise.Operational Cleaning:Fulfill any operational cleaning requirements as needed or directed by the Chef on duty.Team Meetings:Attend team meetings as required to stay informed and engaged with our team.Why Join Us?We value our employees and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
