Bigger rewards.Are you ready to make your mark?ABOUT THE ROLEYour typical day will include:Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including; diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and enginesProviding outstanding customer service to our loyal customersCompiling and completing accurate reportingWorking autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiencyMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentLiaising with our internal service and parts departmentMaintaining a William Adams service vehicleABOUT YOUTo be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:Qualified Diesel Technician with experience on Caterpillar machines (preferred)2+ years experience working in a Field Service role (preferred)Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (great to have)A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethicA strong commitment to safety, health & environment proceduresHold a current Drivers and Light Rigid Licence (heavy vehicle licence is also highly regarded)Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervisedWHAT IS ON OFFER?...A competitive base rate + Allowances + Leave Loading + SuperTool Loans (interest free)Fully equipped service vehicleOvertime (plenty on offer)OEM ToolingOngoing training & developmentRelocation assistance up to $5000 for eligible candidatesCareer progression opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramAccess to our Wellbeing portal, packed with resources and tools to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeingSave with The Hub, our reward and benefits platform with discounts at over 470 retailers such as; JB HI-FI, Woolworths, Flight Centre + more!If you have experience in the field and enjoy work independently, and you want to join a team who are proud to represent a globally recognised brand, this may be the role for you!Want to know more?
