The objective of this role is to coordinate all Sourcing activities related to the Modifications Program, while supporting cross-functional priorities to ensure seamless operational execution.We''ll look to you for:Source and procure materials and services required for modification projects.Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and performance.Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues affecting delivery or quality.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with project timelines and specifications.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.All about you:Proven experience in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.Things you''ll enjoy;Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can growand develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
