The position ensures compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The position provides customer service and expert advice to students and staff, and supports strategic initiatives to enhance financial accessibility and student success.The position is currently located at the Footscray Park Campus of the University however will be required to attend all university campuses as required. The position and incumbent may be relocated to any other existing or future University work locations where it conducts its operationsKey Responsibilities IncludeDelivering timely and accurate advice to students and staff across financial matters and scholarshipsAdministering scholarships, prizes, and grantsequity and merit-basedensuring smooth and compliant processesSupporting assessment panels, selection processes, and communications of outcomesMaintaining student financial records, policy documentation, and contributing to compliance and audit readinessCollaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline processes and drive improvementsAbout YouYou''re known for your precision, people-focused service, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
