Mulgowie farmers are passionate about tending to Healthy Soil, growing Healthy Plants and consistently providing high quality, nutritious fresh vegetables for Healthy People.About the role:We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Pack House Operations (Green Beans and Sweet Corn) at ourBowen facility in North Queensland (full-time perm).This role will require you to oversee theMaintenance team and provide advice to Operations on matters concerning Maintenance and Reliability.Your key responsibilities will include:Supervision of rostered Maintenance teamFoster an environment where safety, quality, productivity and continual improvement are part of everyday activitiesUnderstand and comply with all Company procedures, policies, documentation and records, ensuring they are maintained and followedBe visible throughout the organisation by regular communication with your Team and other Senior ManagersDelivering regular communications to your teamWork collaboratively to achieve goals at Team, site and Company levelBuild a culture where best practice and innovation are encouraged, acted upon and communicated throughout the CompanyEnsure Management is kept fully informed of relevant decisions, events and activitiesPerform all other reasonable duties as directed by Management expected of someone within this positionMulgowie will value you for your interest and commitment.
