This will be targeted and result in either job match or job creationUtilise a variety of methods to actively & regularly engage with job ready clients across region including on or offsite and remoteMaintain up to date and relevant Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectorsProvide support and advice, to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from MatchWorks including departmental wage subsidies and incentivesManagement of vacancies attained from employers including; vacancy assessment, advertising, pre-screening and referring of suitable candidatesPlease contactcareers@matchworks.com.au for a copy of the Position DescriptionAbout youWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiasticEmployer Engagement Partner. We are after someone who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.
