The role involves coordinating overall design activities, increasing client interactions, and ensuring quality through Quality Assurance and Quality Control duties to meet technical requirements and client goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform independent planning and design tasks, review work of others, prepare construction documents, and successfully deliver projects.Apply knowledge of complex projects, codes, and standards relevant to design.Maintain collaborative relationships within the project team across departments.Conduct final QA/QC review of projects before delivery or bidding/construction.Assist project manager with technical proposals and labor estimates.Work closely with clients and project teams to clearly define and deliver project scope.Education and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor of Architecture (5 years) or Masters Degree (6 years) from an NAAB-accredited school.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant practice.Licensure/Certification: Must be a Registered Architect (RA) with NCARB certification.QualificationsAbility to work independently and in teams, with strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.Professional interaction with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and external sources.Proficiency in public speaking, time management, and delegation.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and LDG software packages.Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and Deltek Vision.EEO StatementLarson Design Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
