The latest advancements in technology and training makeour companythe easy choice for clients, business owners and employees alike.About the roleDue to an exciting year of growth ahead, we are currently seeking an organised, commercially minded individual to join our already high functioning operations team to inspect, monitorand communicate on the cleaning services provided to our clientssites by our franchise partners throughout South Australia. The successful applicant will report directly to the SA Operations Manager, working out of our Trinity Gardens Office.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTraining, coaching and support of our franchise partners.Visual inspections of client accounts and follow-up.Startup of new Accounts and new Franchisees - flexibility to work some nights is a must, when and where required.Provide accurate quotes on additional work for clients.Liaising with clients regularly, providing solution based outcomes.Implementing and maintaining OH&S requirements on all sites including WHS manuals and JSA''s.Submitting required reports in a timely manner.Benefits and perksThe successful applicant will receive a competitive salary package including a fully maintained company vehicle along with mobile phone, laptop, monthly incentive programs and a flexible working schedule.Skills and experienceOperationalexperience in commercial cleaning is desired however not essential.Excellent computer skills and data entry into CRM.Flexible working hours to accommodate start up of new clients and ongoing support of our franchise partners.Knowledge of the cleaning industry standards and general maintenance services agreements would be an advantage.High level of WH&S knowledge, requirements and standards.Ability to workautonomously, strategize and plan ahead.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.Experience in conflict resolution / contractors / franchisees.You will be required to provide a valid police clearance as part of the recruitment process.Your applicationWILL NOTbe considered without acover letteraddressing the desired skills and experience.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
