The centre features four highly resourced indoor learning environments and expansive natural outdoor spaces. Children benefit from regular library visits, bush kindy sessions, incursions, and a curriculum that fosters joyful, inquiry-rich learning.As Centre Director, you will:Lead excellence in governance, compliance, and continuous improvementaligned with National Law and RegulationsCollaborate with the Educational Leader to embed a high-quality, play-based curriculum aligned with relevant VEYLDF/EYLF frameworksChampion reflective practice and data-informed planning through QIPs and A&R feedbackMentor, inspire, and empower a team of 35 educators and support staff, fostering professional growth and wellbeingBuild and maintain strong partnerships with families, the community, and all stakeholdersOversee strategic operations, including budgeting, transparent governance, and long-term service sustainabilityEnsure full compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirementsWhat we are seekingACECQA-recognised Degree (ideally) or Diploma qualification in ECECMinimum five years experience in Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor roles, ideally in community or not-for-profit serviceProven expertise in NQF and NQS compliance, with a track record of exceeding outcomesA strategic, responsive leader who leads with empathy, action and professionalismA relationship-first approach to staff, families and governancewhere people and pedagogy come before profitSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a centre director?
